Fusepot Games (“Operator”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting it.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used in Burger Slide (“the App”).

The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob for advertising and GameAnalytics for analytics and log analysis.
Personal data may be collected and processed automatically by these third-party SDKs.
The Operator follows the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and secure management.

  • Advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), IP address

  • Device information (model, OS version, language, country settings)

  • App usage data related to ads (impressions, clicks)

b. Log and error data

  • App version, device model and OS

  • Error timestamps, crash logs, stack traces

  • In-app events, screen transitions, network status

c. Non-personal in-game data

  • Scores, items, levels, and playtime that do not identify individuals

The Operator does not collect directly identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.


3. Collection Method

  • Automatically collected through third-party SDKs when the App is used

  • Automatically collected through log and crash analysis systems


4. Purpose of Use

  • Providing personalized and non-personalized ads and measuring ad performance

  • Analyzing errors and improving app quality and performance

  • Service operation and statistical analysis


5. Data Retention

  • Data stored by the Operator: retained for up to 1 year, then deleted

  • Data collected by third parties: subject to each provider’s privacy policy

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google LLC (AdMob)

No additional data processing is delegated beyond the third-party SDKs listed above.


8. User Rights and Choices

  • Users may opt out of personalized ads via device settings

  • Requests regarding data collected by third parties should be made directly to those providers

  • Uninstalling the App stops further data collection

③ 비개인정보(인게임 데이터)

  • 점수, 아이템, 레벨, 플레이 시간 등 개인을 식별할 수 없는 데이터

※ 운영자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 정확한 위치정보 등 직접 식별 가능한 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.


3. 개인정보 수집 방법

  • 앱 실행 및 이용 과정에서 제3자 SDK(AdMob, GameAnalytics)를 통한 자동 수집

  • 앱 안정성 확보를 위한 로그/오류 분석 과정에서 자동 수집


4. 개인정보 이용 목적

  • 맞춤형 및 비맞춤형 광고 제공 및 광고 성과 측정

  • 앱 오류 분석 및 품질·성능 개선

5. 보유 및 이용 기간

  • 운영자가 직접 보관하는 데이터: 수집일로부터 1년 보관 후 파기
